In the Envi MWD or CPT application, activate the icon named LOG:
Save the "Logfiles.zip" (it takes a short while to generate the file)
Attach the Logfiles.zip in an email and send to: support@envi.se

In the Envi MWD or CPT application, choose: SYSTEM:
Click the Create zip log (In the picture stated: Skapa zip log)
Save the created Logfile (preferably on your desktop)
Attach the Logfiles.zip in an email and send to: support@envi.se
